The users’ complaints to the All American Fitness service

All American Fitness All American Fitness as one of the most popular fitness service in United States has many clients all over the nation. Most clients choose All American Fitness since it offers flexible hours, weekly paychecks, work in and out of the office, good locations, free membership for employees and one family member. In the other hand, some people argue that All American Fitness has some bad sides, like the poor communication from upper level management.

There are also some clients complained the unfair contract. Some clients said that they had unfortunately signed the contract up for 1 year $25/month. Later, they found that that the contract signed was for 2 years and $38/month. In other case, there was a client who received a mail from All American Fitness stating that the fee is $10/month. As he was interested, he did not take much time to sign the contract. Then the client claimed that he signed a contract that he was not told that it could not be cancelled. Later he also found that the $10/month was just a promoted fee. The real price was $50/month until the clients renewed their contract after one year. Besides the problems on contract, some clients also complain that the gym of All American Fitness is filthy and has little ventilation.

There is also another story about the client that didn’t read the contract. It is a common problem for all since less people read everything on paper they sign in. Later, he found that he could not do the training at the gym since he had a full time job as a special education teacher. Then he wanted to cancel the contract and he wanted to pay the cancellation fee. This is unacceptable to them.

Now, the unsatisfied client is waiting the All American Fitness to produce the contract that he signed. They cannot, or have not yet produced a copy of it. If they can produce it he will pay since it is his legal responsibility. Now he thinks that he should inform to all people that All American is not to be trusted and that if a person does want to join a gym, it is much better to be on a month to month basis than it is to sign a contract. Also, he reminds all people to at least skim the contract before put the signature on it.
