Bleaching is not to be eaten. How to choose the right bread

Generally, people always consider bread as one of healthy food, for bread is made from grain or wheat. But now the question is does it really healthy? Is the health aspect considered by the manufacturers? Well, without being naïve, when it comes to the commercial matters, the health aspect may be disregarded, for many manufacturers nowadays only focus on getting high profit. Commonly, people think that the plain white bread may be very good for diet. However, in fact, this may not be good since the substances used to produce the bread are no longer ‘natural’. Some bread may use the bleached material. Now, how to choose the right bread for you?

the right bread

To choose the right bread to be consumed means that you need to be fully aware of simple things including the catchphrases used by manufacturers to attract the consumers to buy their products. It means that you have to be very careful in choosing one. Do not be fooled easily by the catchphrases. What are the common catchphrases that can be found on the bread package? The first is ‘wheat flour’. When you read or hear the word wheat, unconsciously, you will automatically relate it to the health aspect because we know that wheat is extremely healthy. However, in some processed bread what it means by wheat flour is the flour that has been bleached and has no other vitamins or nutrition that are needed by your body. Secondly, ‘enriched’ may also fool you because in your paradigm, enrich means to add some other nutrition to the bread but in fact it is more on the process of removing the natural nutrition and replace it with the unnatural one which is lower than the natural one.

the right bread are multigrain

Other punch-lines which may fool you in the effort to choose the right bread are multigrain, stone-ground, your best bet: go 100%, and so forth. Those may be heard and related as the good catchphrases which imply the health aspect that is being concerned by the manufacturers but in fact it may be simply a cultivated lie that is meant to attract the consumers. Thus, be very selective consumers in choosing the right bread to keep you healthy.
