The thirty nine minutes that you get can be broken down into 25 minutes for the extra sleep you get and the rest 14 minutes for the relaxing time in bed before or after you sleep.

The study about this matter was conducted at the University of Northumbria and has been published in the European Journal of Nutrition. The finding of the study shows that cherry drink can make your body rest for more time than usual. It means that you will have more time to sleep, but less daytime napping. Not to mention, the efficiency of your sleep may also increase. Those things are influenced by the melatonin content of red cherry or any red fruits.
