We see that too much sugar in your body will give you the negative impact.

The next good food that is actually bad is yogurt raisin. Maybe you wonder why yogurt raisin may be unhealthy for you to consume. Well, actually raisin has much saturated fats, and when it is combined with yogurt, the amount of the saturated fats and cholesterol will increase, so that, consuming this food is as unhealthy as consuming the hamburger or any other junk foods. Knowing these things, it is quite hard to differentiate between healthy food and bad food.
